			<description>Talk of the town in all parts of India seems to be Nuclear deal. The euphoria is here to stay for sometime. so here is my bit of it.



Now its a out in public that NSG draft has been modified to accomdate some of the concerns of member countries. Now the point I wish to bring in here are:



Did India &amp; US underestimate the presence/role of NSG?Did US thought it can bully the smaller nations like Austria, Swiz &amp; Newzland towards the deal? (They are ones who are blocking it now)
