I have always wondered what does the Business Analyst feel about working in IT. In my career in software testing, I have found it extremely difficult to ensure their career growth unless they are willing to move into Management or Technology line.  



So what do you feel? How do you motivate a BA /get motivated as BA, if you are working in a IT organization? 



By the by there are also many terms used in the market for a BA - Subject Matter Expert,  Domain Expert, etc.  ...</description>
